Are You Stressed Out? How do you stress yourself?
Do you feel that's a problem?
Stress is no problem.
Stress is no longer a problem.
Stress is no stranger.
Stress is wonderful.
 
Stress is Good for You.
Stress is good for your immune system.
Good for Your Health.
Some stress is good for you.
A Little Stress is Good for You.
A little bit of stress is good for you.
Stress is good for you as it makes us function. Your Stress Is Good For Us.
 
Stress is good for you as it challenges you and makes you work harder.
So hard that your ribs ache.
So hard that your stomach hurt.
So hard that your hands start cramping.
So hard that your ass is literally ripping.
So hard that your aerobic energy system can't feed all your body needs.
So hard that your mind explodes.
So hard that your sense of self-worth is a distant memory.
So hard that your whole house vibrates
So hard that your world just fell apart.
 
Stress is good as it can encourage change and activity.
Such activity as to be always gaining ground.
Such activity as to radicalize the masses.
Activity That Can Be Fun!
Any activity that is equivalent in exertion to brisk walking will do.
Choose an activity that gets your heart pumping.
For example A Suspicious Activity That Could Mean Terrorism.
Find the Physical Activity that Fits Your Personality.
 
Stress is good for our well-being and exercises our faculties.
Any intellectual faculty without grace will do.
Try to stress while skiing.
While Exercising.
While you Work.
Stress relentlessly.
Unrelenting stress is called anxiety.
Anxiety is Good for You.
A little anxiety is good, even necessary.
Be Anxious About Tomorrow.
Be Anxious about Your Life.
Be anxious about anything.
Be anxious at the thought of losing.
Be anxious at what you see as delay.
Regard anxiety as a mood.
Assume a mood or style in a contrived manner.
Anxiety causes panic.
Panic is good.
Give yourself to panic.
Panic at work.
Panic At Fox News Live.
Panic as you run between points of cover in the shattered streets.
Panic as you hear the idiot whine of mopeds bearing down on you.
Panic as you realize you do not have enough hours in the day to get everything done.
 
Stress is good for your peace of mind.
Your mind is the one thing that affects everything else in your life.
Stress your mind by brooding over your problems.
Stress your mind by having to use it.
Your Mind Will Follow because your mind will go through it over and over again.
Your mind will wander off into thoughts such as "Am I doing this right?"
Answer always 'maybe'.
Maybe I'm just dumb.
Maybe I'm just tired.
Maybe I'm just slow.
Maybe I'm missing something.
Maybe I'm too stupid.
Maybe I'm just too bored.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
 
Stress is good for employee health.
Demand that your employees stay until the job is done.
Demand that your employees take pay cuts.
Demand that your employees appear busy all the time.
Demand that your employees work more hours.
 
Stress is good for you as it drives you on and allows you to accomplish certain tasks or goals.
Without stress, you cannot achieve your goals.
Without stress, you'd become bored and unmotivated.
Without stress, you may slack off and idle away your time.
Without stress, you're dead.
 
Is Stress Dangerous? The answer is yes and no.
 
Stress is about being happy with what you have.
Perhaps you have the ability to develop?
Perhaps you have natural courage?
Perhaps you have a wealthy spouse?
Perhaps you have an outstanding web site but no traffic?
Maybe you have a virus in your system?
Perhaps you have HIV?
Perhaps you have an abuse problem?
Perhaps you have been gambling?
Perhaps you have been running your own online business on company time?
Perhaps you have a serious illness?
Perhaps you have erotic aggressions?
Perhaps you need to take a break from the socials, the bars, the chat-rooms?
Perhaps you have stared at pictures of the children of Iraq and their tired parents?
Perhaps you have to know darkness before you can appreciate the light?
Perhaps you have a bad reputation?
Perhaps you have attention deficit disorder?
Perhaps you have anal sex to avoid unwanted pregnancies?
Perhaps you have Skin Problems? Bad Joints? Sore Muscles?
Perhaps you have tried covering your guilt under a pile of good deeds?

To manage stress you need to take a holistic view.
A view which could apply to agnostics and members of most religions.
A view which could be spectacular.
Which could not be supported by evidence.
Which could contain a kernel of truth.
A view, which could be seen from the roof.
The roof of your hospital room.
